Commonwealth Supply Chain Advisors, a leading consulting firm, is pleased to announce that it will have a significant presence at the Ecommerce Operations Summit 2018. The show, which takes place April 3-5, 2018 at the Greater Columbus Convention Center in Columbus, OH, is a conference focused on innovation, strategies and tactics for Ecommerce—from increasing customer satisfaction to boosting productivity and cutting costs. In addition to its participation as an exhibitor, Colman Roche, Commonwealth’s Vice President of Consulting will lead a roundtable discussion and speak on a panel.
Mr. Roche will speak on a panel alongside executives from Samsung Electronics America, Geodis and Locus Robotics. The session, “Fulfillment Mountaineering: Handling Major and Minor Demand Peaks,” will be focused on helping attendees understand how to more effectively handle spikes in demand associated with business seasonality. Attendees will learn how to successfully navigate the challenges of varying levels of demand and staffing. Mr. Roche will lead a roundtable discussion, “Warehouse Software Upgrade: The Decision Process” on Wednesday April 4th, 2018. This roundtable is designed for operations leaders who want to explore the costs, risks and benefits associated with a software change.
